All Dogs Go To Heaven

We lost a very special part of our family this weekend. Abby, my parents little border collie, was hit by a car yesterday. I am so heartbroken. She was a sweet girl and will be missed so much. Her brother Banjo, who has never spent a day without her by his side, is just as sad as we are and wondering where his best friend has gone.

It's so, so hard losing a pet.

Victory!

A whole basket of cookies arrived at work today and were just sitting there in the break room, staring at me with their little chocolate chip eyes.

And I did not eat one of them. I didn't even do my usual break-off-a-corner-just-for-one-bite routine.

Six months and counting!
